if I can only attend 3 days per week?
Boot
Camp is designed as a 4 day a week program (it is Boot Camp
afterall!) but if this doesn't work into your schedule, you
can roll 1 day per week over to the beginning of the next
camp, making your 4 week camp into a 5 week camp!
There
is a 1 week break between most camps. |
